DAY 19 RECIPE:
PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
1 & ¾ Cup Flour
3 Tsp Baking Powder
½ Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar½ Tsp Cinnamon
1 &½ Cups Milk3 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 Eggs, separated
1 Tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Heat non stick fry pan on med high heat. Spray with a generous amount of baking spray(like PAM).
Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine egg yolks, melted butter, milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Lightly whish together.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, also in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fold egg whites into batter.
Scoop about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake into hot pan.
Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook about 2 minutes on the other side.
